Stillness
In the stillness I find myself
I cease doing and begin being
Be still and listen
Hear the voice of your higher self
Allow it to ring through your ears
To echo in your heart
Stillness brings peace
It creates calm
It is more than quiet, it is a soothing of mind, body AND spirit
It occurs in the space between your inhale and exhale
It resides within your heart
Quiet the ego, the mind chatter
Go within to discover
It is here you cannot hide because within the cocoon of stillness
You truly meet yourself
You meet your authenticity and your truth
